The fresh Create a World Tool, which is still in beta stage, is free and allows gamers to actually make complete cities in which they can then place their characters in search of new adventures.
Electronic Arts and its Sims development team are announcing that they have released a new add on for the game allowing those playing the title to customize their experience even more.
